Starting March 22, the barricades shall be placed in preparation of construction starting March 23. Whitley will remain open to traffic on March 22, but the side street connections shall be closed sometime during the day for Kary Lynn, Robin, Nanci, Judy, and Birchill. Whitley Road shall be fully closed on March 23, 2023.
