Overview
The process for seating the Council Interview Committee is established by the Council Rules and Procedures.
The City Council shall select no more than three (3) members of the seated City Council to server on an Interview Committee for the purposes of interviewing candidates who volunteer to serve on the various board, committees and commissions of the City.
The Committee shall be established annually following the general election.
The committee shall consult with the Council Liaison(s) assigned to the specific board, committee or commission and the chairperson for that board, committee or commission prior to recommending reappointment for consideration by the City Council.
