Operations consists of the Uniformed Patrol Division and the Traffic Division.

Patrol Division

The Patrol Division consists of two day shifts and two night shifts. Each night shift is supervised by one sergeant and four officers. Each day shift is supervised by one sergeant and three officers for a total of four sergeants and fourteen officers. The patrol division is assigned the task of responding to calls for service as well as emergency calls. They also engage in traffic enforcement. Patrol officers patrol their jurisdictions and investigate any suspicious activity they notice. They provide for public safety by maintaining order, responding to emergencies, protecting people and property, enforcing motor vehicle and criminal laws, and promoting good community relations. 

Traffic Division

The Traffic Division consists of one sergeant and two officers. This division primary responsibility is enforcing traffic laws and working traffic crashes.
